Peer-to-peer (P2P) computing or networking is a distributed application architecture that partitions tasks or workloads between peers. Peers are equally privileged, equipotent participants in the application. They are said to form a peer-to-peer network of nodes.
In 1965, for instance, based on a hypothesis that had yet to be tested, The New York Times quoted a Harvard nutritionist who said that for a physician to prescribe LCHF diets was "the equivalent of mass murder."

Before electricity could even become remotely useful, the world around it needed to be changed. We needed wires to be run that can bring it to people’s homes. Towers needed to be installed and even with all of that, at first, electricity was mainly only useful for lights, some small electromagnetic use cases, but mostly it was a better candle.
